Legislative Experience
For ten years, Stacy served as Chief of Staff in the Missouri State Senate, including two years supporting the Senate Minority Floor Leader.
Her experience includes:
- Supporting legislators through committee hearings
- Drafting and analyzing policy materials
- Testifying before Missouri House committees
- Working collaboratively with lobbyists, agencies, and stakeholders
Having worked on both sides of the policy process, Stacy brings a rare perspective that strengthens advocacy education while respecting the distinct role of registered lobbyists and advocacy professionals.
